DB9<>RJ45 serial console cable
On a lot of enterprise type networking gear (e.g. switches) a serial port is present in the form of a rj45 connector. The following adapter is needed to connect to a standard db9 connector found on almost every rs232 serial card.
This pinout corresponds to the Cisco serial monitor pinout, which is used in a lot of other vendor devices too. (e.g. Quanta LB4M)
